Being yourself meaning

Hello Friends

We all have been hearing/reading the phrase every now n then from various resources that
*BE YOURSELF* but most of us also get confused about who is Self, what is self, who I really am and what actions can define it etc

I had been thinking over it for quite some time and something came out of my deeper self which can be regarded as Golden Words about it☺

Any moment when any of us is not dwelling into the past, not worrying about the future and completely engaged in present that is being in absolute state of bliss, is only OURSELF, and hence disconnection/negative emotions are nothing but not letting you to be YOU

At times we should take a pause and talk to the self, the things, the achievements, the experiences, the learnings which we accumulated so far, did it all menifest at once and instantly? Certainly not, we had to wait for long n longer to get what we desired deep in our hearts.. To say, sometime a year, sometime three years, for some, we waited five or ten long years, and in some cases we had to wait equal amount of our present age

So can we take a moment and acknowledge all of them one by one, don't you think it perfectly appropriate to appreciate the SELF for all of them, you soon be full of Delightment and confident more than enough to tackle whatever is given, isn't it what they call MINDFULNESS..

In short, Mindfulness is directly associated to being the self
